1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Milaa, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Milaa.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required to hold an Apple Account under Apple’s terms. You must be legally able to accept these terms and comply with the laws that apply to you.
3. Accounts
You need a valid email address, display name, and password to register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and do not create or use an account for unlawful or abusive purposes.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the videos, captions, comments, and other content you create. You grant Milaa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt as needed for playback, and display that content within Milaa for the purpose of operating the service.
You may upload only content you have the right to use and share. You are responsible for your content and for any consequences of posting it.
5. Content Review and Moderation
Every uploaded video is placed under review before it can become publicly visible. Approved content may appear on Home, Discover, Profile, or Search. Rejected content stays private to the uploader, who can see the available status and reason.
Milaa may reject, remove, or restrict content that violates these terms or the Community Guidelines. Review and moderation decisions may use information from the content, reports, account history, and related service records.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use Milaa to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or encourage unlawful activity.
- Share sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.
- Threaten, stalk, bully, exploit, or impersonate another person.
- Send spam, scams, malicious links, or repetitive unwanted messages.
- Interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe security, automate abusive activity, or misuse another person’s account.
8. Text Messages and Voice Calls
Users who follow each other may communicate through text messages and voice calls. If the mutual-follow relationship ends, either account is disabled, or either person blocks the other, new communication is disabled.
Do not use messages or voice calls to harass, threaten, defraud, solicit unlawful activity, send unwanted content, or contact someone who has asked you to stop.
9. Reports and Blocking
You can report videos, comments, or users. Reports enter a moderation queue and may be dismissed or lead to content removal or account suspension. The reported person is not shown the reporter’s identity.
You can block another user at any time. Blocking prevents normal interaction, hides each person’s content from the other, and disables new messages and voice calls between the accounts.
10. Virtual Coins
Coins are consumable virtual items used only for eligible features shown inside Milaa. Coins have no cash value and are not money, property, or a deposit account. They cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, exchanged for money, or transferred between accounts.
Milaa may change which features use Coins and how many Coins a feature requires. The app shows the applicable cost before a paid action.
11. Apple In-App Purchases
Coin packs are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase at the App Store price shown at checkout. Apple processes the payment. Purchase verification links the Apple transaction to your Milaa account and credits the configured Coin amount only after a valid transaction is verified.
Apple’s App Store terms and purchase or refund processes apply. Milaa does not promise refunds outside Apple’s policies or applicable law.
12. AI-Assisted Features
Optional features may generate reply suggestions, caption ideas, Vibe questions, or related interactions from limited text inputs. Generated results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and are not posted automatically. You remain responsible for what you choose to use or publish.
13. Account Suspension
Milaa may disable an account, revoke its sessions, remove content, or limit access when the account violates these terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or when action is reasonably needed to protect users or the service.
14. Account Deletion
You can delete your account in Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent under the current service flow: the account is disabled and anonymized, the profile and videos are removed from public visibility, follow relationships are removed, active sessions end, and remaining Coins are forfeited.
The deleted account’s email address remains occupied for account and transaction integrity and currently cannot be used to register again.
15. Service Availability
Milaa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. Milaa does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
16. Intellectual Property
Milaa’s name, app icon, interface, software, design, and other service materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own content and rights expressly granted in these terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.
17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milaa disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
18. Changes to These Terms
Milaa may update these terms as the service changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

7. Social Interactions
Milaa lets users follow accounts, interact with approved content, comment, save content, and respond to interactive prompts. Respect other people’s boundaries and rights. A follow does not create an endorsement, employment relationship, or obligation between users.
